Reason for Return (i.e. Fuser Error 50.2, Torn Sleeve, etc.)

 

Purchaser must obtain a valid RMA number from Seller for all returns. Subject to the manufacturer’s or publisher’s warranty requirements and restrictions, Seller may grant Purchaser a RMA for defective Products purchased from Seller for repair or replacement at the discretion of the Seller. All defective Products – except electronic components, circuit boards, and memory – must be returned to Seller within sixty (60) days of invoice date. Unopened electronic components, circuit boards, and memory must be returned to Seller within fifteen (15) days of invoice date. All defective fusers must be returned within 90 days of the invoice date. Products damaged due to improper handling, shipping damage, or damaged by another component in the assembly shall not be returned. Purchaser is responsible for filing all shipping damage claims. Seller may return to Purchaser, at Purchaser’s expense, any Products found not to be defective or defective due to above causes. Seller shall not be obligated to repair or replace Products rendered defective, in whole or in part, by causes external to the Products, including, but not limited to, catastrophe, power failure or transients, over voltage on interface, environment extremes, improper use, maintenance and application of the Products or use of unauthorized parts. “Dead on arrival”, etc. claims must be made within 15 days to be considered. Any return for items such as “ordered wrong part”, “didn’t need”, “customer canceled” etc. must be made within 15 days. A 25% restock charge will apply. Custom Manufactured or Special ordered Products and opened electronic boards, memory and other sensitive electronic products subject to static discharge damage are not returnable.
